These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lunarahealthlabs.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from Lunara Labs LLC ("Lunara Health Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or purchase our products. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate, including after an order is placed. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities available for purchase at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Ship

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@lunarahealthlabs.com; cancellation takes effect for any shipment that has not yet been processed. We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price.

6. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier, though we will work with you in good faith to resolve any shipment lost or damaged in transit, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations, and software — is the property of Lunara Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR OUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNARA LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunara Labs LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our products will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation: contact us at support@lunarahealthlabs.com and we will try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Lunara Health Labs each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@lunarahealthlabs.com within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

16. Governing Law
